Terms and conditions

Cancellation policy:

  • 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. 

    If you do not attend your appointment or provide 48 hours notice for moving or cancelling an appointment, we may ask you 50% deposit for future appointments.

    All clients must provide an email or telephone number so that appointment can be confirmed with the client prior to appointment.

Health conditions:

  • Clients are required to complete a Consultation Form and advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or surgeries which could affect your choice of treatment.

Pregnancy:

  • Please inform us if you are an expectant mother so we can guide you through the appropriate skin treatments and products that are available for you.

Personal belongings:

  • We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles left on the clinic premises. Please keep all valuables with you.

Age policy:

  • We are delighted to offer treatments for people 16 years old or above. If you are under 16 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration of the treatment. You and your guardian will be required to sign our consent form before any treatment is undertaken.

Treatment prices:

  • We reserve the right to amend our prices if necessary. Our website will always show our up to date prices.

referrals:

  • Refer a friend and both receive £10 off. No cash or product alternative is available.
