Covid-19 health and safety policy
Before Your appointment:
- If you are feeling unwell and if you are experiencing any symptoms, please reschedule your treatment by at least 48h before your initial appointment. Anyone with mild symptoms of colds, flu, sore throats or temperature please also reschedule their appointments until completely recovered.
- Please arrive on time.
- Whenever possible, please bring your own water bottle.
Upon arrival:
- We will be wearing a face mask. Please wear a mask when coming into the salon and only remove it when instructed by your therapist.
- Please use the hand sanitiser available at the entrance of the salon.
In the treatment room:
- Each product, tool and device is sanitised.
- Room is equipped with a window that will be opened in between each clinic to refresh ambient air.
- All towels are changed between treatments and washed at 60˚C.
- Disposable bed couch and sheet covers are used for maximum hygiene.
- Hands and wrists thoroughly washed before and after each treatment.
- Whenever possible we encourage pre-payment prior to treatment.
